Who are we?

Winston Park Career Services Pty Ltd is an international Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec2Rec) specialist who place recruiters throughout Australia, Asia and the UK. Founded in 2002 by Colin McCabe, we currently represent almost 200 recruitment organisations who require experienced consultants and managers at all levels of recruitment.

Our goal is to represent our candidates in such a way that they are placed into a positive, friendly and productive workplace with the work/life balance that we all need.   

As a Rec2Rec we know where the good recruitment jobs are, all we need to find out is which one is best for you.

Call us what you like but we are generally recognised as r2r, rec2rec, r to r, recruit to recruit or recruitment to recruitment, let us know if you know us by any other name (but don't be rude).
